“This is a mission. We are to deliver Epic Indie to the
world by any means necessary”, simultaneously explains Mykle (Electric Guitar, Vocals) and Chris P (Acoustic Guitar,
Vocals), the front of You vs Me who, having recently toured Maritime Canada in support of their debut album, 2009’s,
“The Borrowed”, are being true to their word, bringing a memorable, dynamic, and powerful live performance to
whatever stage they’ve graced since 2004. “The Borrowed” is an 8 song introduction to the seamless blending
of hard-rock bravado with folk rock sensibilities, riddled with socio-political lyrics detailing life, love and even the awkward
a.k.a. “Epic Indie”. You vs Me is rounded out by Roddo, a master of just about all instruments (it’s true,
test him!), but began playing Bass guitar in this endeavour in November of 2008, and Curly, who at 22 years old, in addition
to being a sponsored skateboarder, has been playing drums for over two thirds of his life in all styles brought his drum-ass-kicking
goodness to You vs Me in December of 2009.
Having nearly sold out of their cd’s courtesy of their first tour,
You vs Me are now preparing for their next tour, planning to bring Epic Indie to the rest of Canada in the summer of 2010.
